A breakdance event will take place in this brand-new park on Friday 28th October from 1pm – 4pm. This will link to the fact that Manchester is hosting the European Breakdance Championships in early November and will give some of the young people that are being trained as part of this, an opportunity to perform in public and raise awareness of the dance form.
The event will feature demonstrations from professional dancers, an open competition for young people with the chance of winning £200! The event will be run in partnership with Breakdance Manchester! We hope to see you there!
