NHS Manchester Talking therapies. 1-2pm. Drop-in session for parents/carers and babies to enjoy a mindful or breathing practice taster session and learn about compassion focused therapy workshops available.

  • Explore and Learn. 9.30 – 11.30am. Drop-in session. This session gives babies and toddlers a chance to work on important motor skills. These activities boost their sense of confidence and competence. In other words, they begin to think: “I can do it!”
  • Health Visiting Service Healthy Child Clinic. 1.30-3pm. This is a drop-in session to get your baby weighed and speak to a Health Visitor for information, advice and guidance on your baby’s health and development.
  • Soft Play. Available to book between 9am and 3.30pm. To book a time slot call 0161 248 1500.
  • Z-Arts Rhyme Time. 1-2.30pm. Rhymes and songs for everyone to join in – including lots of action, dancing, and clapping. There are books for children to choose from and a rhyme that links to each prop. Creative activities available too.  To book call 0161 248 1500.
