• Explore and Learn. 9.30 – 11.30am. This is a drop-in session. This session involves exploring which gives babies and toddlers a chance to work on important motor skills. Doing these activities not only adds skills but boosts their sense of confidence and competence. In other words, they begin to think: “I can do it!”
• Health Visiting Service Healthy Child Clinic. 1.30 – 3pm. This is a drop-in session to get your baby weighed and speak to a health visitor for information, advice and guidance on your baby’s health and development.

This is a physical activity session that supports children and families to choose healthier lifestyles that include football, running, bouncy castle and soft balls for babies. • Mini First Aid. 1.30 – 3pm. Session covers the primary survey, CPR, burns, bleeds, breaks, shock and head bumps. Giving parents/ carers the knowledge and skills of how to treat these ailments in the home and when to seek further help.
