Global Intergenerational week

Global Intergenerational week will take place between April 24th to April 30th, 2025, and is about building and strengthening the intergenerational movement and ensuring that it’s integrated into every aspect of our lives.

In Manchester, it’s an opportunity for us to join a global conversation, build networks, and generate awareness around intergenerational practice and connection.

Live Well Together toolkit workshop
23 April, 12.30pm – 1.30pm, Online, Free

Campaign for Learning’s Live Well Together workshop on 23 April explores ways to deliver intergenerational learning, using the Live Well Together toolkit and additional resources. The workshop will be delivered by Dr Jitka Vseteckova, The Open University, Juliette Collier, Campaign for Learning, and Dr Faye Powell, University of Bedfordshire.

This workshop is being run to generate ideas for Take Five to Age Well month, which launches on 1 May. The campaign, led by The Open University, encourages people to make small daily changes over the course of a month for better ageing. People can sign up here from 7 April onwards to take part. You can also download the comms toolkit to help you promote engagement with the month
